The Lactalis Nampa facility is the largest under Lactalis in the U.S. All products are made with Idaho milk, purchased from 300 Idaho dairy farmers in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley. In addition to finding products at local retailers and restaurants, you can buy some of the freshest cheese available at the on-site Cultured by Lactalis cheese store, open to the public on Fridays from Noon to 6 p.m.
